Rates & Insurance

Rates

$160 – $180 per 60 minute session.

Sliding Scale Fee: I honor a sliding scale fee to my clients depending on their financial ability, budget, and yearly income. My passion is to help my clients, so I will do what is in my power to make that a possibility for you financially, if needed.

Please call me so we can discuss the details of your therapeutic financial arrangement on our first phone consultation. In addition, I do offer a discount to those clients that opt to arrange pre-paid services of 6 or more sessions at a time. Our office is located in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

 

Insurance

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

We recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

  • Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
  • Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
  • Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
  • Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Payment

We accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.

Prepaid Sessions

All prepaid sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
